Two men arrived on time and quickly identified the problem with the aerial. I was told exactly what needed doing and how much it would cost. They carried out the work efficiently, showed me why there had been a problem, and finally made sure that everything was working properly. Very happy with the service. Was called back straight away to arrange an appointment. Engineer arrived when expected, was professional and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was made aware of the charges upfront and before work was carried out. Really pleased and would definately recommend.
