We turned to Insurepair after a friend recommended them, as the company we were using before hadn't been great. From the start, Insurepair were efficient and professional. Their survey was quick but detailed, and they actually discovered that some of the work we'd been told was needed wasn't necessary at all! The team carried out the repairs promptly and to a really high standard we're absolutely delighted with the results. Communication was excellent throughout, and the whole process was stress-free. I'd definitely recommend Insurepair to anyone needing reliable, quality home repairs.

Following a leak that resulted in a ceiling collapse in our flat, we contacted Insurepair. They responded promptly and provided a reasonably priced quote, clearly outlining all the required repair and reinstatement works. The work was carried out within the agreed timeframe and to a very high standard. It was completed as a private arrangement outside the insurance process, and we are very pleased with the overall experience, the quality of the repair, and the completion time. A reputable company.

Really Happy with my Drawing Room further to the recent works completed by Property Repair. Our 32m2 Lath & Plaster ceiling collapsed including the majority of our ornamental cornice. Not through water damage but due to its age, almost 200 years old! Anyway, Property Repair were appointed by my wife and I and they commenced a week later. They were extremely polite and professional and protected my house while getting to work replacing the huge cornice and ceiling. Really Likeable and Professional Team from the Office to the Trade Staff. Will Recommend at every opportunity.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After inheriting a flat in Edinburgh, I wanted a complete refurbishment in order to let the flat as a holiday home. From the initial visit of their surveyor, to the completion of the work, the office staff were very helpful and understanding of my needs for a smart looking flat at a relatively low cost. I would be proud to have my new bathroom in my family home. I will be sure to use this company again for future work and would recommend to anyone looking to have similar work carried out. I've worked for INSUREPAIR now for a number of years. I am a carpenter working in the Fire & Flood Damage Restoration Division. In the past I've been employed by various building companies but it is an honour and privilege to be a part of the the team at INSUREPAIR. We have most of the reinstatement contracts with the major insurance companies for Fire & Flood Work and we also carry out Full Renovations in Edinburgh.

Used the company many times being a roofer, and would definitely recommend. As a roofing company in Edinburgh and the Lothians. We quite offeten come across water damaged homes, although we carry out the roof repairs we don't do much interior work. We pass on this to insurepair and they come highly recommended by everyone that used them. Always happy customers with lots of feedback, can't recommend them highly enough
