I obtained several quotes to install an A2A system at my home, primarily to replace my storage heating. Protocool stood out with their informative and understanding approach. They provided a tailored solution that met my requirements. Steven, who conducted the site visit, deserves special mention for recommending the perfect system, including considerations overlooked by other companies. The installation was swift, the handover was thorough, and they left the site clean.
Although there was a minor issue with temperature variations in my Daikin units, Protocool promptly revisited and resolved it. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with my new system and plan to engage Protocool again for future projects, particularly when I'm ready to upgrade the upstairs area.

We use ProtoCool Ltd on a commercial basis for routine and reactive works. Quotes are issued promptly and dates made available quickly. The engineer arrived on time and undertook all works as expected. Site left clean and tidy. Additional advice also offered about how some of our units may operate more efficiently but no pressure to accept any further work. Also had a recent call out for a broken commercial freezer. Attended quickly, unit back up and running and price charged as quoted.

We recently had a whole house ducted air conditioning/heating installation. The system is based on an efficient heat pump setup. I cannot speak highly enough of ProtoCool's knowledge and professionalism. Steve runs a no-compromise outfit and until things are 100% right he won't let go.
