Fantastic service from Andrew and the team. Very helpful when we upgraded our servers, and even more so when our old tech failed and we needed rapid support. Great service, great prices, would highly recommend.

I think ETB Technologies is in its 18th year, I'm pretty sure we've been doing business with them since 2002 at least. They are a leader in selling refurbished servers plus they do a lot of storage and network equipment. We've purchased complete units and component parts. I'm told they ship Worldwide. I would recommend them, we've never had any fuss and they've never let us down.

Bought some refurbished DIMM sticks to match some existing ones in my Mac Pro. They arrived the following morning and have been running perfectly for 2 weeks now. Really excellent service.

Great sales team. I gave a vague use-case and a budget and within an hour on a Friday they came back to me with a specification and a quote. The build was spot on and when ordered was built and shipped promptly, and arrived in some of the most sturdiest packaging I have ever seen. And honestly if someone had told me it was a new server I'd have believed them. The case was in perfect condition and internally looked like it had just come out of a clean room. Couldn't be more impressed.

Best place to get refurb servers! Warranties are good to. Had to deal with a warranty and ETB were very helpful

Pre-sales support and communication via the online chat was good; The server I ordered arrived with a fault, however the support team were quick to diagnose the problem and immediately shipped a replacement unit - it was very reassuring that even though things didn't go 100% as I'd hoped, the problem was resolved without any drama. Every member of staff that I dealt with through this process were professional. responsive and helpful.

Another server order with ETB and as always it went very smoothly. I generally like to configure the hardware to my own requirements and the website made this super easy. The server arrived very quickly, well packaged and ready to go with all the necessary firmwares already updated. Although refurbished the condition of the server, both inside and out, was pretty much as new.

Excellent communication, super fast delivery. Item looks like new even though a refurb. Bought from them several times and always perfect.

ETB Technologies sells good used equipment, a wide range and good prices. Delivery always good. Always have good experiences so far, highly recommended
