Martin and Ashley at forum sales were a great help through-out the process of me purchasing my first house - a 2 bed semi-detached house. The first instance was the viewing and Martin was very honest about what he knew about the house and the owners. He took us throughout the whole property and was very informative. When I expressed wanting to purchase he personally called me later on the same day out of office hours to ensure I knew that my offer had been accepted.

This was something I greatly appreciated as I was still nervous about other potential customers. During the next stages he kept communicating and ensured to respond timely to any issues I encountered after the survey was completed. They were quick to investigate and come up with a solution to the issues. I was overall happy with the way things turned out. When it came to exchange and completion I was able to get the dates I needed and was provided with some nice treats when I collected the keys, a lovely gesture by them to congratulate me.

They also provided plenty of contact numbers for contractors they recommended and also arranged for quotes for some of the work required. Overall I am very pleased with the work they put in. I mostly spoke to Martin in office, on email and over the phone and he was always very friendly and helpful.

I dealt mainly with Martin. They have been very accommodating throughout the process - as my husband and I visited the property often (it was empty) to measure up and get builders quotes. Always easy to get hold of. Towards end of the purchasing process Forum helped loads to get things moving with the vendor (the property was in probate) - things that would have taken considerably longer without their help. On day of exchange - Martin even popped up to the cottage to pop the heating on in readiness for our arrival.
