Didn't just hang up on me when I gave him the most vague/incorrect information about my location on the hard shoulder, or when he said something on the phone and I had to ask about 3 times minimum to repeat please. A million thanks again for staying very calm and understanding!

What can I say! These guys are fantastic. When the RAC wouldn't entertain my predicament of being off road (I was only trying to do a good deed and rescue a stuck mower and got stuck on a sports field) up stepped Ged from CRS. It was impossible for him to get his vehicle onto the land and at over 300 metres from the car park Ged wasn't deterred. He stuck with me for over 3 hours trying various things and coming up with great ideas.

My main concern was leaving my car on an open field overnight but Ged had the idea of a local farmer in Cheadle Hulme. Ged stayed with me so he could strap the car to the tractor and ensure the length was long enough for the tractor to be on dryer land so to preserve the playing surface. He was an ultimate legend! Thanks so much. He said he's never had a job he had to leave in 30 years and he still hasn't. It was very much appreciated and I'd recommend CRS to anyone. Thanks guys!
