Really impressed. Rapid Energy responded to my query within 24 hours and I was able to meet a representative on site the next day. Delivery was arranged and the Engineer was onsite installing the temporary boiler that week. I was very impressed by the level of service and professionalism displayed. RAMS were submitted ahead of the work and I have since had follow up calls to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

One of our gas boilers failed for our pool. I called on a weekend and the electric boiler turned up on the Monday. The boiler looked pretty new, was easy to install and worked perfectly. Also collection was simple and hassle free.
