Really pleased with the service received from all at Charles Hart. I had spotted an engagement ring online and advised that I would make a visit to view. When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful and made me and my partner feel at ease. After trying a few others on, I was presented with the ring I had seen online (together with some others the owner had kindly picked that he thought I might like) and it was definitely, instantly the one! Must also make mention of the very helpful and amenable Director who emailed me back very quickly and was most helpful! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy that something special!
