After phoning 6 garages in Chelmsford and Colchester and being told they were unable to do the work needed to fix my 2005 golf, Simply serviced came to the rescue. Having never used them before I found them online and called for help. Simon was wonderful he helped me understand what needed doing (I have no clue when it comes to cars) and got the issue fixed with no bother. The pricing was fair as had been quoted quite high in Chelmsford by a garage who couldn't fix it and actually ended up causing more damage!!
Having not lived in Colchester that long it's nice to have now found a garage I trust and are good! I won't be taking my cars anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Took my Range Rover in as Lookers couldn't fit me in for weeks. The problem was diagnosed the same day, which was due to Range Rovers poor quality build. Parts ordered and repaired in 3 days. Great service, and Simon's customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.

My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon no steering wouldnt jumpstart. Contacted Simply Serviced they put us in touch with a recovery service. They were really good came picked the car up delivered it. Then on Monday my car was repaired. No fuss no bother. Brilliant job. But they couldve put the battery cover back on. Thanks guys.

I've used this company many times for servicing and MOT's, they are always very helpful, friendly and proffessional. Had my car MOT completed yesterday and as usual they were very efficient, my only slight niggle is that the previous MOT had a week to run and this was not taken account of on the new certificate, so I've lost a week of MOT.

I have been using this great place since they first opened several years ago. The business has grown considerably since then and this is because they are friendly, very efficient and you do not get ripped off. Trust goes a long way with customers more so than anything else and I would say from day one they have stuck to their ethos of being honest. I had my MOT done here again this week and I have used this place from the moment it opened for other repairs, also my family use this place too for MOT's service or repairs. The staff are excellent. Communication is very good, with reminders beforehand that your car is booked in and thanks for your custom messages afterwards. The work is always carried out to a very high standard, and you don't get any feeling of being ripped off.

You pay a fair price and not a penny more. I can highly recommend this for any car as the company now has many highly experienced excellent engineers in their workshop. Top Notch. Many thanks once again for good reliable and trustworthy workmanship/service.

Professional from start to finish. Car needed a service and Simply Serviced were excellent t throughout. Communication was top-notch, they sent someone to pickup and return my car, while I looked after my children (on furlough). They even charged my battery which was reporting it needed charging. Overall, excellent experience and a good price for the standard of work and service I received. Highly recommended.

I turned to Simply Serviced after poor service from the Franchise dealer. The recommendation from a friend turned out to be invaluable: the Team at Simply Serviced are friendly, straightforward and professional. although it is something of a novelty these days, the customer service is also first class. Notably, unlike many such establishments which can become complacent, the service has not diminished in the least over the three years I have been using them. Oh, and I haven't mentioned the significant savings I have made in service costs and general maintenance. Well done chaps!
