I was in need to calculate beams in order to approve my alterations. Spoke and emailed with few companies in Leicester, but only Robert from Simplify Engineering had a sufficient knowledge about wooden beams and was able to provide all necessary figures. Above that he answered all my questions, advised the route to legalise it and on top of that he was supporting me over whole process. I was so pleased with knowledge, time scale, skills and communication that we're teamed up together again on my next project - loft conversion. Highly recommended and reliable company

My initial enquiry went to Jayne who was very helpful as was Nadine and Dan further down the line. I was kept informed what was to happen and when as I'd opted for a virtual inspection by Robert. I cannot fault the service I received as I'd asked for a speedy report and it was delivered right on time which enabled my work to continue on schedule. I would not hesitate recommending Simply Engineering to anybody as I found them all very helpful to a complete novice like myself.

I had a last minute request for a structural engineers report on a property that I am selling. I contacted Nadine at Simplify Structural engineering explaining the situation and within 24hrs the engineer was on site doing an inspection. Within 5 working days I had a detailed report of the property in my in box including very clear pictures and the best thing was it was written in plain English so everyone can understand everything, even those not in the property business.

Throughout the whole process the communication and professionalism of Nadine and the extended team at Simplify made what could have been a very stressful situation very easy and painless. A companies number I will definitely keep in my phone. Thank you Nadine & Team for everything. You were amazing and I would recommend you all anytime.
