I can't recommend Holden Copley enough! Everyone I dealt with from the valuation to the eventual sale was outstanding. Sarah, Sadie and the team at Hucknall were on fire getting the viewings booked but the hero really was Sheryl. She handled my less than ideal personal situation as well as terrible buyers not just with utter professionalism but incredible empathy. Don't think twice about listing your property with these fine folks. You're in safe hands.

Just exchanged contracts today!! Holden Copley have been fab from start to finish. My house got put on the market very quickly. Professional photographer, fabulous article about my house. All the way through the sale I had very good communication with holden Copley. Always emailed weekly To let me know the progression. Got onto the solicitors when we had problems with them. Overall 10/10 service. Thank you very much

When looking for a house HoldenCopley were brilliant, they listened to what I was looking for, kept me informed on houses that were in my price range and had clear direction with their COVID policies. They also contacted me after viewings to get my feedback of the properties that I had seen.The agents were also able to answer questions and if they didn't know the answer, they were able to get the answers very quickly. They were able to provide me with a list of solicitors and supported me with a mortgage advisor. This was a godsend after working full time and being a first time buyer. All in all a smooth process

Best agents in Nottingham. Sold our property one weekend for above the asking price (at the competitive price to other agents). The majority of our chain was dealing with Holden Copley which says a lot. Once offers were accepted Sheryl chased all the way to the end. Use Holden Copley if you want an agent who is driven to sell your property.

A massive thank you for the efficient and professional service given in the sale of our property. From authorisation to advertise to confirmed sale it was only 6 days, it can't get better than that! As an ISO9001 quality manager, I have no problem recommend HoldenCopley because of the service received. Everyone was knowledgeable about our situation, polite and respectful and being first time sellers were very apprehensive but comparing to other agents approached, it proves my gut feeling was right in using this estate agents.
