We used 1 Van 1 Man to transport a reclining chair to my grandfather's care home on short notice. The delivery team faced challenges due to building work, and staff initially instructed them to leave the chair downstairs. However, the team made an extra effort to get the chair upstairs and set it up, knowing how much my grandfather wanted it. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the service provided. We could not have asked for more, and we appreciate the team's efforts to ensure the successful delivery and installation of the chair.

Second time I have used this service. There were access problems at the loading address and also the delivery address. The team were very professional throughout and I was very pleased with the end result.

I hired their services for moving some big pieces of furniture to my new house. They're reliable, professional and genuinely very nice, from the person replying to my emails to the people who came to move the items.

I used 1 Van 1 Man to remove a sofa for me in York and deliver it to an address in Leeds. I was very worried about whether the sofa would fit through the doors, but right from the start, the men were very helpful and reassuring. They expertly manoeuvred the sofa out of the house and because they realised I was very anxious, they phoned me to let me know that they had successfully completed the delivery in Leeds. They couldn't have been kinder or more professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

We had a van this morning to move from our flat to a house and the guys were absolutely great. It was really quick loading the van, taking apart bits of furniture and rebuilding at the other end. Made a potentially stressful day incredibly easy! Would 100% recommend, great service, friendly staff and a really comfortable atmosphere. Thank you!

I used 1 van 1 man for my house move. What would normally be a really stressful, tiring experience was so easy! They moved all of my stuff very quickly and efficiently and even took down my bed and put it back together at the other end! I would definitely recommend if you are moving house, it means you'll have more energy and time making your new house a home!

Would highly recommend this removals company. Dale and Tomas did a fantastic job moving us from Teesside to York. They are timely, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great communication from start to finish. They were very careful and everything was perfect when it arrived including a huge mirror which was well protected. Excellent service and great value for money. Would definitely use them again. You can verify all reviews via our Google profile
