Our radiators weren't getting warm and our house was getting very cold which is a problem for my elderly parents. Found an ad for No1 PHD so called them up and scheduled a visit the following day. The engineers were very helpful and quickly managed to solve the problem and get our radiators back to working condition, they also explained how they did work to make sure that the radiators wouldn't have this issue again in the future. Very impressed with their service throughout.

We had a blocked drain that was flooding our front drive restricting access to our home and causing a horrible smell. We found No1PHD after a quick google search and called them using the number on their website, the person on the phone was really helpful and said that a team would be with us later that day. The two engineers that arrived were really friendly and helpful and got to work right away performing a survey of our drains.
Once they had found what was causing the blockage we were quoted a price and they got to work removing the blockage, they even recommended us ways to make sure the drain wouldn't get blocked again. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided and would definitely use them again.

Great work carried out. No1 turned up promptly!! Good rates in comparison to some quotes that we had, they weren't the cheapest but they carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard!

I knew our drains were leaking and had been getting blocked ever year. I saw the PHD advert in Yellow Pages. I phoned them up and ask for a drain survey. They told me the price and they came round that day. They put a camera down all the drains and I could see where our drains had collapsed in several places. I realised that the drains would need digging up all around the house! PHD said they could sleeve the drains and quoted me a price.
They sleeved all the drains and sorted out a manhole that day. The two engineers, Dan and Russel, were excellent and really knew what they were doing. I could have just had the drain survey and then got quotes from different companies to carry out the work. Having your drains sleeved is not cheap but I can recommend PHD.

We had a blocked drain and we were thoroughly impressed with how No1PHD dealt with it for us! We called them first thing and they came round later that day to take a look. They put a camera down to investigate and found the blockage really quickly. They gave an affordable quote for the removal of the blockage and carried out the work straight away. All very transparent and the engineers were really upbeat and friendly.
They spent some time with my dad to give him tips on how to avoid blockages in the future too! Sorry we forgot the engineers names, would have loved to have mentioned them individually! Would definitely use again should the need ever arise!
