At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' in every sense! After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

In all my years of taking on trades people I feel extremely lucky to have met a man that takes immense pride in his work. Michael takes his plumbing personally with his sole aim to ensure his customers are happy with his work. Michael lives by his word which makes him very reliable. Michael's work is of a high standard resulting in quality craftsmanship. There's not a problem Michael does not have a solution for for which I can not recommend Michael enough.

Rang about a broken boiler, my daughter in law & 6 grandchildren in the house with no heating in freezing temperatures. 75 minutes later he had been round, identified the problem & fixed it. Amazing service for a very fair price. Would definitely recommend.

We had rung several plumbers to get some work done on a leak and boiler issues, only to have them not turn up or didnt do the jobs we needed. Spoke to Mike, he came as arranged, gave me quote we were happy with and then proceeded to sort our leak and repair our boiler, he even stayed late to make sure the job was done. We will be using him again for some other work we need doing

After agreeing a price on the phone, Michael arrived promptly to fix a burst pipe. Carrying a plethora of parts, he proceeded to fix the leak quickly, despite it being a fiddly job with some awkwardly positioned pipework which required a bit of 'field engineering'. I'll be sure to call Michael again for a couple of jobs which need doing. In short I got a quick response, perfect fix at a very reasonably price. Highly recommended!

I wasnt able to take my kitchen tap off and was in the process of replacing it along with the sink. Michael was great and came round very quick to sort it. He changed the pipes so I could attach the flexible pipes up to the new tap. He also capped the gas pipe to my fire while he was round. The pricing was very reasonable, it was considerably lower than I was expecting and his service was top notch.

We had a small patch of water appear on the dining room ceiling and called Michael to see if he could come round and fix/indentify where the leak was coming from. He said he could be here within the hour and gave me a high/low end price to set the expectation around cost. He was here within the hour! He dillignetly worked through the various possible faults and identified the cistern was leaking. After swapping out the flush mechanism we were sorted within an hour and he charged a more than fair price. Would highly recommend and will defintely use again!

It is extremely difficult to find an honest, reliable plumber who does good quality work and is genuinely customer focused but Michael is these things. I am very glad that we called him to come and fix our leaking radiator for us. We will certainly be using him again for any other plumbing issues and highly recommend him to anyone else.

Absolutely outstanding service! We had a waste drainage odour issue in our bathroom and called on Michael to investigate and resolve our issue. He was absolutely professional about how he went to resolve the issue keeping us totally informed about everything along the way. In total he spent over 6-hours fixing the issue and didn't give up! Ended up having the bath tub and sink waste replaced. Michael also changed the leaking taps in the kitchen and bathroom. All done at a very reasonable price. You cannot find workers like this anymore.
Cannot recommend him highly enough! Honestly people if you have a plumbing issue this is the man to fix it!
