Tree Felling
Our NPTC-certified arborists perform precision tree felling using sectional and straight felling techniques. We handle trees in confined spaces with advanced rigging systems, ensuring safety near buildings and power lines. All operations comply with BS3998 standards, with stumps left at specified heights for subsequent removal if required.
Stump Grinding
We utilise powerful stump grinders to process stumps up to 300mm below ground level. Our machinery handles both large commercial sites and restricted access areas, with options to retain or remove wood chip residue. This service eliminates tripping hazards while preparing sites for replanting or development.
Emergency Tree Work
Available 24/7, our emergency teams address fallen trees and storm-damaged specimens. We prioritise safety by securing hazardous branches, clearing blocked access points, and restoring property usability. Rapid response times ensure minimal disruption to residential and commercial clients.
Tree Pruning
Our pruning services enhance tree health and aesthetics through crown thinning, lifting, and reduction techniques. We follow BS3998 guidelines to maintain structural integrity while addressing light obstruction and wind resistance concerns for both domestic and commercial properties.
Site Clearance
We provide comprehensive site clearance including vegetation removal, mechanical tree extraction, and debris disposal. Our CHAS-certified teams handle small gardens to large development sites, offering consultancy services to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and planning requirements.

My auntie had a big tree that she wanted removed but it was up against the fence and over a shed thought it would be a problem nope not at all for these guys. Lewis even split some logs for her with no extra cost happy with price and service 5 stars from us

Three young men turned up on time to prune my very overgrown wisteria and two bay trees. They were courteous, well led by the chief gardener, and produced a very good job. They climbed everywhere, had to bring long ladders through the house but they were always very careful and carried out their work efficiently and without fuss. I won't hesitate in recommending Graftin Gardeners to others.

I've had these guys come out to me twice. Once to grind a stump and once to cut a tree down. They ha e been absolutely brilliant and provided great advice on impact of cutting the tree down on local properties.

Excellent service all round. Price was great, job was done swiftly (transforming my garden from a small overgrown wilderness, into a bright, open sun filled space) and the reshaping of the trees looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

Very happy to recommend these guys. They cut our tree back 5 years ago and I had no hesitation digging out the invoice and calling them again.

Organised the permissions, arrived on time, pleasant staff, no hassle - Job done. Also cutting back a sticky lime tree on a hot day in protective gear. Really thanks for the service!

Great professional team. They came to reduce a pear tree in the garden and did a very good job. They knew what to cut or not cut for the tree to recover from the trauma of the reduction. They had to move some pots in precaution and put back everything in place, and the cleaning has been really good. It has been almost has if they never came. I would really recommend this company as very professional and efficient at what they do.

Very impressed with this company. The team did an excellent job of removing a tree from our front garden, grinding the large stump and inserting pellets into what remained to kill the roots off. They worked fast but efficiently. They were friendly and cleared up all the mess as well. They didn't mind me watching ever. Would highly recommend them.

Had my drone stuck on a tree at AONB park ( in the middle of nowhere, or box hill to be exact) at ~35 m height above the river. Tried to retrieve it for hours with significant risk to be injured and no luck. Call for firefighters ( even they told me they are going to charge me) - they could not do it. Then I found GraftinGardens website and called them... At 20:30... On Saturday!! The guy came in no time, climbed the tree and retrieved my drone. It was the coolest man act Ive ever seen. The cost was much less what firefighters asked.
Guys know their stuff!! Great to do business with.

Adam was very helpful and explained everything during the initial site visit, he gave a competitive quote for reducing the height of a big lime tree, and obtained the necessary permission from the Council, his team arrived on time 6 weeks later and did a lovely job and left everything neat and tidy. He is very friendly and really knows his stuff.
