I love this company. I have used them several times over the years and will continue to if/when need be. The communication is great and they respond quickly when sending an email. I never feel there's a sales patter and the prices are fair and competitive. On the day Walter came and fitted our shutters effortlessly and with such ease. You could tell he is an expert in his field. When he left everything was taken away and you wouldn't have known he was here. Russell was great at keeping me in the loop to ensure once the shutters arrived that they would be fitted as soon as it were possible. I feel this is a very professional, established and trustworthy company and I've never been disappointed - Thank you.

Amazing service from start to finish. Mike who came to measure was very efficient and friendly and Sasha who came today to fit was very polite and friendly. My mum is very happy

Absolutely fantastic company, installed my security shutters in a great time and they look absolutely amazing! Thank you Riverside!

Absolutely 1st class from design to installation!! Thank you Mike and Charlotte for making our house a home

We were referred to Jerry and the guys at Riverside after I had commented to a lady outside her house that her shutters were lovely. She was so vociferous in her praise for Riverside Shutters that we got one quote and one quote only from them. The pre sales service and promptness of the visit was excellent. A wide range of samples was shown and different wood types were discussed. Mike walked us through all the options and was patient and knowledgeable.

We chose the broad blade teak shutters in white. Approx 8 weeks later the shutters arrived and were fitted, by Mike again. During the fitting he noticed that one of the shutters had cracked in transit, so immediately phoned in the fault to the office and a replacement shutter was ordered. The crack was barely visible but it shows how seriously these guys take customer service. The shutters have now been up for about 4 months and look absolutely amazing - we have had so many positive comments about them and they really add to the appearance of the property.

I cannot recommend the guys at Riverside highly enough - they have been superb. On a PS note - it was via a referral from Mike that we came across Phil Philippou at Chameleon Joinery - who laid new floorboards throughout our property and again, did a fantastic job. A happy customer!!

Top class service! Very friendly and most informative of the styles and fittings they offer. Have received positive feedback from friends and family and agree, the shutters look amazing. Thank you to Mike and his team.

The measure of a company in my view is the after sales and service. We had beautiful blinds, which are fantastic quality installed by Riverside and recently our dog broke a louvre. When I contacted them for a replacement not only did they respond immediately but they have arranged to replace for us FOC. I would recommend them unreservedly

Absolutely love my shutters, great service and quality finish. Walter who installed them was so lovely and took pride and joy in his work. A perfectionist! Very quiet, quick and tidy. The shutters look beautiful as well as help keep out noise on our busy road, which was a nice bonus.

Got recommended to Riverside Shutters and would defiantly pass on the recommendation to others. Thank you guys

The whole process of getting our blinds installed from ordering to installation was an excellent service. Mike and the team are friendly and professional. Walter who fitted the shutters worked quickly and carefully, putting floor protection down, gave very clear instructions on how to use and maintain and left the place totally spotless. The quality of the blinds are fantastic, they have really transformed each room. They look better than I had even imagined. We're very happy, especially as adding on the black out blinds to the bedrooms our 12 week old is sleeping much better, godsend!!!

I can not recommend highly enough, shutters were a brillant standard service was amazing professional responsive and extremely customer centre. Also recently super responsive and helpful when fixing broken shutters (which was the fault of small children and a football), but still received the best treatment.

Can highly recommend Riverside Shutters after I had all the rooms in my house done, such great quality and service. And even the after care is amazing! My puppy chewed our shutters and Mike came in to replace them no problem
at all. Very excited about their new carpentry business as well.

Great service, great shutters,,great aftercare! One of the best companys Ive dealt with in years. Highly recommended. Thank you Mike & the team.

Had our shutters fitted yesterday & they have exceeded our expectations. Have integrated black out blinds in the bedroom shutters (bay window) & of the 3 companies that quoted, Riverside were the only ones that could do this. Really pleased with the finish & would highly recommend.
