When I opened up my pc yesterday morning, on the screen was the set of icons that appear when you select 'Start' but I couldn't get rid of them by clicking outside the box. My wife, who uses the pc more than I do for her work as Playgroup Leader at a local school was afraid that all her files had disappeared. I rang Dead Simple Computing and spoke to Daniel who got into my pc remotely and saw the problem almost immediately and put it right for me. A really good service and I very quickly had my pc up and running much to the delight of my wife. Thank you very much.

They recently completed a big project to configure Azure AD as well as improve our Microsoft Office 365 usage, we now use dead simple to provide technical support, remote monitoring and security for all of our 60 users who are either still working at home or gradually returning to the office, so far we have been very happy, Daniel knows his stuff and we look forward to the next project.
