Our mobile storage units offer flexible, on-site storage solutions with three sizes (7ft, 12ft, 16ft) to suit residential and commercial needs. Containers can be delivered directly to your location for easy loading, stored securely at our depot, or transported nationwide. Designed with locking points and weatherproof frames, they ensure security and durability for short- or long-term use.
Containerised Moving
Containerised moving services combine relocation and storage, allowing you to pack at your own pace before we transport your container to its destination. Ideal for local or nationwide moves, this method eliminates multiple handling stages, reducing damage risks. Our patented PODZilla system ensures safe, level lifting for hassle-free delivery and collection.
Secure Storage

What areas do PODS cover?
We operate across Manchester, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Stockport, and the North West. Nationwide deliveries are available for moves to or from Manchester.
What container sizes are available?
We offer 7ft, 12ft, and 16ft containers. The 7ft unit is for short-term storage/moves, while 12ft and 16ft containers can be left on-site for extended use.
Can I access my stored container?
Yes, you can schedule access to your container seven days a week by contacting our team with 24-hour notice.
Do you offer loading/unloading help?
Yes, our Load & Go service includes driver assistance for £48/hour (min. 2 hours), with full loading/unloading options available for larger projects.
Is insurance included?
StoreProtect cover is available from £1.25/week, insuring items up to £100,000 during storage and transit. Coverage must be declared at booking.

I chose PODS for my removal after seeing one of their containers on a local driveway and thinking thats neat- storage and removal all in one The company have been efficient, friendly, super helpful and totally professional from the very start. I have trusted them with my precious belongings- and every dealing with them throughout has made me more certain I was right to do so. From the friendly and really patient office staff, to the highly skilled, POD drivers and packers, they have been outstandingly good at their jobs, on the ball, and willing to go the extra mile.
They are exceptionally well trained and their ability to pack a POD is truly a joy to behold! I cannot recommend them highly enough- and I have done so on numerous occasions to friends and family. Its a brilliant concept- and an awesome company!!

House currently out of action largely due to a water leak but house is back operable now we can store all our contents in our pod on the drive. This has made a busy house soo much more easy to live in until we can get the house redecorated and back to normal. The quick leadtime was awesome and the customer service was brilliant. Thank you!!

Excellent service. Needed to store furniture and building materials whilst doing a major house extension. It was great having a POD on the drive throughout the work keeping everything dry and under lock and key, but readily accessible when needed.

Although I did not think of having a POD in the garden at home while we had a large extension built, it proved to be ideal, economic and wonderfully convenient. Over eight months there were often things the children needed that we hadn't anticipated, and we could easily go and recover the items. Prompt delivery and courteous and friendly staff at all levels, we were delighted with the service offered.

We had to store a large quantity of furniture whilst our home was refurbished following a burst pipe whilst on holiday. The insurance company agreed to the hire of the PODS container during renovations and this proved to be a brilliant solution as it was placed on our driveway, allowing us to access and change contents as the refurb progressed. We were also able to store building materials inside in a clean, dry and secure environment.
The hire of the Pod probably also saved us from having to move out our home for a period of time thus saving us and the insurers stress, time and money. The Pod hire staff were extremely courteous and helpful - customer service was great and the pricing and invoicing clear and transparent. The offer of eight weeks initial Pod hire at half price was a bargain - we ended up having the Pod for 13 weeks. I would have no hesitation in recommending this storage solution especially as you can retain your stored items on site.

Great service. Ours was a particularly big move but the team couldnt do enough for us. The communication with the office re the move was first rate and always helpful and the guys on the ground who packed and did the removal did it all with a smile. I cant recommend PODS highly enough, they were amazing!

PODS were an excellent option for us when renovating our house. The POD was delivered onto our front lawn meaning no need for a van to move stuff. Arrives on a low loader and easily manoeuvred into position. It compares very favourably with self storage and is considerably cheaper when compared to pack and store options of removal firms. All you need is your own padlocks!

We hired a pod when we moved house a few years ago. What a fabulous idea. Totally took the stress out of packing and we were able to do it without rushing. The pod was then delivered to our new home at time convenient to us Would definitely recommend
