We were a bit hesitant using movers in the pandemic, but On The Dot were wonderful! We had no reason to be worried. Very quick, great communication, took all COVID precautions, took great care of all of our items, and were so kind. In addition, they were very understanding with our ever-changing dates with COVID rules! Would use them again, and couldn't recommend more highly!!

Quality service, great team to deal with. Took great care moving my stuff which included a lot of vintage music equipment and instruments which all arrived in perfect condition. It made the move so much less stressful than previous ones where I had done it myself. I'd highly recommend, and will definitely use again!

We were very impressed with the On The Dot. It was a relatively small job and a short distance to move but the arrangements couldn't have more clear and thorough. We were treated with great courtesy and efficiency by both email and phone. We were informed in advance of our driver's name and the two operatives turned up exactly on time. They were very polite and good-humoured and capably managed a difficult manoeuvre with an awkward piece of furniture. Altogether, it was an excellent and well-priced service.

From the start, I felt confident dealing with On the Dot - Dave was prompt to get back to me, and really helpful in talking through the details of a more complex move with two pick ups, lots of stairs, and packing included. On the day, John and Ade were on time, friendly, worked really hard and had a 'can do' approach. They got a lot of stuff in the van with room to spare, I could travel in the van with them, and we arrived in good time. Using On the Dot took a lot of the stress out of moving!

George and Sebastian worked like Trojans and with great respect for my possessions. They were prompt, friendly, very careful with everything. We needed to move on the busiest weekend of the year with less than a week's notice and On the Dot were able to make it work! Great website and customer service in advance. On the day, Ollie and Neil were great. We were three floors up with no lift but they didn't bat an eyelid! We couldn't have managed without them and they were really friendly. Excellent value too. This is the third time I'm using On The Dot Removals and I can't recommend them enough! The guys arrived on time, were polite, helpful and did not skip a beat when we realised some furniture did not fit the doors (they just took it apart and re-assembled no problem in the new flat). Absolutely brilliant, second time I've moved with these guys and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Jamel was great really nice bloke who just got on with everything. Did an amazing job of getting the van into the tight road by our new house in belting rain, and made it a far less stressful experience than it could have been. Didn't cost the Earth, either.

Really good service, both packing and moving. Got us out of our old flat and into storage (playing Tetris to get it all into a quite tight space), and then into the new one (including taking quite a lot of heavy/bulky items up several flights of not very wide stairs) several months later, with minimum fuss and at a very reasonable price. Would use again but hopefully not just yet I am done moving for the time being, hopefully!

Great value for money. Very efficient, the movers were friendly and professional, and managed to move some of our bigger pieces of furniture around tricky spaces easily and without damage.
