Fantastic service, and great value for money. Imend Macs managed to bring my Mac back from the brink of death after my laptop started making the most horrific sound- instead of having to buy a whole new machine, imend macs were able to solve the problem, and I had my computer back to get on with my work promptly. 10/10 service!

Five star service from Mo and the team. They repair a macbook pro that had been locked away in a drawer for three years. It's had new hardware and updated software meaning its running really fast and I've not had to shell out for a new model. Fantastic service, well priced and the repair was done in just under a week.

Following the Hdd failing on my MacBook Pro I was recommended to use iMendMacs, Joe and the team made it a straight forward and painless process fitting a new SSD in place. The machines come back with better than new performance. Definitely recommend.

Great company. Joe and the team are all really knowledgeable and friendly. I needed to buy an iPad for testing websites on tablet sized screens because my company build and market websites for our clients but I didn't need to buy a brand new one; we just needed one that was reliable and modern. Joe was able to provide us with a like new refurbished recent iPad Air model device which were delighted with. Our other staff members who have iPhones and other Apple devices will definitely use them again. Friendly, knowledgeable, affordable and fast. I would recommend iMendMacs to anyone.

My first experience of using Mo & Joe at iMend Macs was to upgrade my 2012 iMac. It was starting to run almost as badly as a PC (god forbid!) and was reluctantly starting to get my head around digging deep into my pockets to get another one. So when Mo suggested all I needed was a more modern solid state hard drive for less than half the price of a new one I was all ears. I am now 4 months on and my old iMac is going stronger than ever!
All the old glitches I was experiencing have disappeared and I can't believe that I was considering just getting a new one. The service and communication I received was first class, so much so that within a month I had taken in my very old iPad for a new screen which was done in a matter of hours and now looks and feels like new! I am so chuffed that I know where I can go to keep my mac products working as well as they always have done and thoroughly recommend anyone to see if you can upgrade your old stuff before disappearing into the vortex of the Apple store and draining your bank accounts!
