Very responsive to my request for help. I had ordered the wrong replacement tap in advance, so he helped me find the correct part, and came back & fitted when it arrived. Very helpful, and saved me money.

Pump fitted by a dodgy plumber left me with scalding water and a leak. Jake sorted it quickly, efficiently and for a fair price. He was polite and professional and took care of my home. Will use him in future and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I had a leak form an enclosed cistern, Jake could not replace "like for like ", however he had replacement parts that successfully fixed the issue. He was polite and knowledgeable. Would use him again.

Today we had Jake from J S Plumbing come out to our house because we had a burst pipe in the loft. We was amazed he arrived within the hour and completed the job in 15 minutes. Very polite and professional and during this bad time he was equipped with gloves and a mask and kept his distance. Would definitely use this company again.
