Founded in Harlow, we expanded to Bishop's Stortford in 2015, training more than 20,000 students across all ages and abilities. Our approach combines technical excellence with community-building, led by Jenny Bater-Sinclair, a top 5% UK-qualified tutor with international performance and choreography experience. We emphasize foundational skills, creative variations, and performance techniques, ensuring students develop both technical proficiency and artistic expression. This is the best dance school in harlow, my daughter attended first and my son was so amazed by the dances she did that he decided to take it up. The directors are so kind friendly they call them self a family and they truly are.

Amazing would be an understatement! Freya loves going to the classes and showing us what she has learnt afterwards and is making up her own routines to her favourite songs! all credit goes to Jen and the volunteers, especially Maddie, who make the whole experience fun and exciting for Freya!

This is the best thing my son has ever done he loves it. never moans about going cant wait to go.The people are very good and caring they teach kids to be respectful and work hard they are all a brilliant bunch of people and kids . They are like a big happy family kids and teachers they make the dance lessons so much fun for the kids.

Absolutely smashed it! So so soooooo amazing! I can not believe how friggin awesome this show was. The kids, the teens, the adults everyone was great. Just watched the class showcase and wow! We went on the Saturday night and it was that good I booked another ticket that night for the Sunday afternoon show. I am forever grateful for the confidence that Jen and the team has brought out of Alfie. I cried seeing him up on that stage I wish I had that confidence. I feel so proud to watch him dance, he loves the lessons, courses and making new friends. He loves his Hip Hop Pop family! 100% recommend even my youngest wants to join

Hip hop pop is amazing x my two little ones aged 3 and 6 absolutely love the online classes and seeing Jens happy smiley face on the screen really cheers them up especially with all the energy she has encourages them to join in and keep going Until the end of the class

Alfie has been dancing with yr hip hop class since he started reception and is now in year 2 and he loves every class. The odd time he's been off from school as poorly and has missed it he's been so upset as its the highlight of his week!

I have been part of Hip Hop Pop for over ten years now. I have attended weekly classes, performed in showcases and large scale productions. Everything they do is incredible. All who work here are friendly and strive to promote a family atmosphere ensuring all students are able to feel comfortable whilst learning and improving their dance skills. We always have fun dancing together both in the studio and virtually via online classes.

My kids used to go to hip hop a few years ago. It was fantastic. I tried the adult classes and they were amazing. Unfortunately I had to stop going but now they're offering online classes. This is fantastic for me as it fits around my work. The team are great. Really professional and always get back to you when there's a problem. Can't wait for lock down to end so I can attend the classes again.
