Lytchett Matravers Pavilion has had a long standing issue with drainage due to nothing being flushed out properly in approximately 30 years. This was until this morning when Gerry turned up! What a fantastic gentleman, polite, respectful and with myself hovering and asking questions - nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We needed to find someone to unblock our outside drain and was unsure if anyone would be avialable to help us under the present Covid situation. We rang and spoke to Adrian who was very helpful and arranged for an engineer to be with us the same day. Our thanks to Andy who not only unblocked the drain but also advised us on how to avoid it happening again. We don't normally leave reviews but were very impressed with the whole service given to us from start to finish and would recommend them with hesitation. Thankyou for taking the stress out of the situation for us!!

Had a blocked drain. Called Canford Drains after 5pm and left a voicemail. Mark called me back within 10 minutes and arranged for Gerry to come round the following morning. Gerry arrived at 8:30am and within an hour had sorted out the problem. This is the second time I have used Canford Drains and their service is first class.

Really impressed with the service I received. I phoned to book less than a day ago (and on a Sunday). They provided me with advice and explained clearly how much it would cost. Andy worked quickly but thoroughly and provided advice to help prevent further issues. I will definitely recommend Canford Drains to others
