Had a locked door where the internal mechanisms had broken, and no amount of WD40 was going to work. Took a bit of skill, but excellent work by Sandy got it open and a working lock again. Very friendly and dedicated to the job.

Great service from start to finish. Called and left a message for Sandy and he called back within the hour, i was very surprised to be offered a callout to fix 3 of my doors the very next day. Sandy arrived on time and was a very friendly guy, he fixed my lock problems within half an hour. I would highly recommend this company for any lock problems you may have and i will defo use again

Excellent service. The lock I required fixing couldn't be done in house so they got in touch with another company that could do the repair for me straight away. Could not have asked for a more helpful response to a situation that required sorting asap.

Lost for it. But no 4 minutes and only a couple of 's later I had a shiny new key that worked. He managed to straighten the key out enough to cut a new one. Top class service and great chat too. Thanks

Thistle were able to come out and fix the lock mechanism on our door the morning after I called. Price was good, and as quoted. Door lock is working a treat now. Definitely the locksmith to add to your contacts in case you need them.
