Paul gave me helpful advice on my household security and we explored the options which would meet my needs. He also took time to select some options and to send them to me via email so that I could make the final selection - mainly aesthetics - prior to the job taking place. He got on with job of installing new locks to 3 doors and fitted window locks to my sash windows throughout. His work was neat and tidy and any small problems were happily and easily rectified. All in all, an excellent job.
