Absolutely fantastic service from Andy after my mum and dad's front door key jammed in the broken lock. Andy was so helpful and responded so quickly despite it still being the Christmas holidays. Sorted it all out in double quick time - great value, great service and excellent advice on how to keep the lock functioning at its best. Would certainly recommend

Needed a locksmith in Chemsford to secure my property portfolio. On recommendation from my son in Lincoln (who is also a locksmith) I spoke to Andy from The Lock Father. Can thoroughly recommend The Lock Father - Andy left the properties safe and secure from squatters. Thoroughly professional clearing up any mess and doing a very neat and tidy job.

I asked the Lock Father to come out to me on Saturday 12th and they turned up on time. The man that came was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing from the off... he explained to me why the door needed a new gearbox and why it should be re-aliened and took the time to explain why this would be an issue at a later date if it was left uncorrected. Overall i am extremely happy with the level of service received and would not hesitate to call them out again for any future issues i might have!
