I have used MHL for about 3 years (chance Google search) for services and a new boiler installation. Their customer service is excellent and telephone/email queries are quickly responded to (even at weekends). Engineer visits are prompt/sometimes next day and the confirmation of arrival time texts are very useful. My engineer Bradley Gray, is excellent also. Bradley is very good at problem solving and explaining what the problem is. If I haven't fully understood he will happily take the time to go over it again.
