Outstanding service from start to finish! We rented the Mermaid bouncy castle, and it was fantastic immaculately clean and thoroughly enjoyed by all guests at my daughter's birthday celebration. Setting up and taking it down was quick and effortless. I highly recommend their services.

We rented a bouncy castle on short notice, and we were thrilled with the service! It arrived promptly before 8 am and stayed until after 4 pm, giving my 6-year-old and her friends plenty of bouncing time. I highly recommend BOUNCEBACK and will definitely use their services againperhaps in the summer to gather the kids together once more.

We had the princess bouncy castle and slide and 4 didi cars for my daughter's 4th birthday party. The kids absolutely loved it and was well worth the price! All staff have been lovely and communication from booking was brilliant. Definitely recommend and will be booking again

I hired the disco dome bouncy castle to keep children & adults busy when I had a house party for my hubby's Birthday. From delivery through to a bit of technical support on the phone to the end of the day pick up, the service was fantastic, my little boy was very keen to help set up (!!) but the lovely man was very accommodating & gave him jobs. The dome was excellent & I will definitely be using them again this summer & highly recommend them, easy to deal with & extremely friendly, thank you very much

Booked the Winter Princess castle for my daughter's 5th birthday party as I wanted something large enough for adults too (we've got a few big 'kids' too!). Bounce Back were very helpful in discussing the various options at the outset and were very responsive to my calls. I was very impressed with the castle itself; it looked clean and new and of good quality. The delivery and collection service was prompt and efficient. Everyone at the party complimented the castle and the kids (and big kids) had loads of fun on it. Excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend.

2018 - We again hired another disco dome, gladiator dual and childrens activity inflatable. It was for a joint 7th and 4th birthday! Everyone loved it and had a great time, josh was fab with communication and very efficient with drop off and collection. Thoroughly recommend these guys ! Thanks again

I hired the kids bounce and slide castle for a birthday party. I booked and paid online which was so easy. Within a few days of my order I received a follow up confirmation email confirming drop off and pick up times. On the day the Castle was delivered and set up bang on time. Overall I was really impressed with the product and customer service. I will definitely look to use them again.

If anyone else is like me and get stressed out organising birthday parties, just because youre wanting to make everything absolutely perfect, then you must come here!!! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish and nothing was ever too much (despite the panic on my end because it was my first time organising a big birthday party!) I would most definitely recommended over and over again. Professional and friendly. 5++

Used the company yesterday for my little girls christening party and the service we received was amazing! We hired a bouncy castle and the baby soft play both were brilliant and very well priced! The man that set up and took down was really lovely and as helpful as could be! Would really recommend the company and fully intend on using them for events in the future!!!

We had the pirate bouncy castle this weekend for my sons birthday party. They guy who delivered and picked it up was lovely. We were only ment to have it for a few hours on saturday but it was dropped off friday night and not picked up until sunday night at no extra cost as the guy was having van trouble. My son and his cousins loved it!! Will definetly be using again in the near future

I highly recommend Bounce Back Castles Ltd. We ordered the Energy obstacle course for our twins' birthday party and were extremely pleased with the service. Josh, the friendly and polite team member, was punctual and efficient. Setting up and dismantling the obstacle course was a breeze. The children thoroughly enjoyed it!
