I recently moved to Liverpool and I was lucky to easily find a flat with the Peter Anthony agency. I worked with Caroline that has been very supportive and communicative throughout all the process. I particularly appreciated she called me back after I sent an inquiry about a house, didn't happen so often with other agencies. We had a few issues with the tenant, but Gill has sorted these with great efficiency, the rent is paid on time, which is an asset for sure, when there is a mortgage to pay. Would recommend Peter Anthony.

I have rented a number of properties from various agents over the years and I can honestly say the Peter Anthony team is the best I have ever dealt with. Gillian, in particular, is not only friendly and helpful, but most importantly she is extremely competent and efficient in her job. Nothing has ever been too much of a problem, she kept me informed at all times with my application. The property was clean, pleasant, exactly as advertised. There was no unpleasant surprises, everything was spot on. Highly recommended agent.

Having 3 properties in Liverpool and 3 in Manchester we wanted an agent that was present in both locations. Gill, Megan and the team at Pether Anthony have done a fantastic job of finding tenants for all 3 properties in Liverpool and have been very communicative during the process providing updates every step of the way. When we did have an issue with one of our properties Gill devoted a lot of effort to ensure a suitable resolution was found.
