I've used them at least 3x. The skip app configurator is easy to use. The driver on this occasion rang me the night before to ask if a very early drop off was ok, was and was amenable to dropping it exactly as asked for.

One of the only Skip companies in Bristol that allows online booking - website is fairly slick and pain free. Company is flexible on delivery and collection. No complaints other than the ridiculous price for putting the Skip on the road - but that's the council not Bateman.

Fantastically quick service. Dropped off on Tuesday, I filled the skip, phoned for collection and spoke to a very nice lady who was very helpful and they picked the skip up on Thursday without any hassle at all. Will 100% use Bateman skips again. A pleasure to deal with.
