Patricia found us the perfect space on Blvd. Robert Bourassa it is exactly what we were looking for, close to the university and the facilities within the offices are just great. Everything is provided for such as the furniture, phones etc and everything is included in the rent power, cleaning, insurance and so on. The staff in the building are lovely and its been a real pleasure moving in. You could tell Patricia had great knowledge of the market and we will definitely be making contact again if we ever wish to move office.

Richard was extremely helpful and helped us find the perfect managed office space in Central district. Ive lived here all my life so know Hong Kong very well but navigating around all of the options was a different story. We knew the location we desired but the sizing needed to be flexible because we were in the process of merging with at least one other company. We sat down with Richard and worked out that managed offices would work best for us considering the future plans, budget and a few other items.
Within hours he had arranged viewings with 6 that matched our spec - we chose our prefered office and then Richard negotiated the package with the landlord as well as the final costings. Very knowledgeable and efficient service, cant believe its free! Thank you.

Nicky found us some great flexible space at No. 1 Spinningfields. She showed us around and we loved it immediately perfectly matches our style, and the vibe of the whole place was perfect. We needed space for around 20 but a lot of the team work remotely from home or are often based within our clients offices so this option worked out perfectly. We didnt realise that these sort of agreements were available weve got a selection of dedicated desks, some general hot desk co-working space membership passes, a private office and use of meeting rooms when we need them. Nicky knew exactly what we needed and found us something that we would never have known was available. Definitely recommend.

I can't recommend The Office Providers highly enough, they helped us out in the past on 3 separate occasions - definitely worth contacting if you are looking for office space. Our company used them for space in Manchester, Dallas and Calgary impressive knowledge across all 3 markets.
