Laura at Wellness by nature is an excellent sports masseuse, very strong, professional and definitely doesnt hold back! Massively helped with my recovery during training this year and has some great banter to go with it!!! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.

I booked in for a pregnancy massage and it was exactly what I needed! The whole massage was super relaxing and left me feeling completely rejuvenated! My husband too had a massage and again could not fault this service! We are super impressed and have already re-booked!

I can easily, highly recommended Laura (wellness by nature) short version: The best masseuse I have experienced.
Longer version: I often struggle to find a masseuse who can cover all aspects of needs from general deep tissue through to sports & rehabilitation massage, Laura nails this on every level often mixing all into one session
Having multiple complex injuries and getting back to high performance training, Laura has been fantastic in assisting my goals.
She is professional, timely, strong and extremely knowledgeable on human anatomy & body ergonomics, couple that with Lauras natural ability to find your issues even when not directed to them and you have a world class recovery masseuse
Im now regularly benefiting form Lauras skills and more often than not book a 2hr session- 1 is just not enough, as rigorous as the first Hr can be Lauras skills and enthusiasm are consistent right till the end. Do yourself and your body a favour and book a session in with wellness by nature
