Lancashire House Clearance emptied my Father's flat after he passed away, and the service was excellent. They even called me to see if I wanted to have it cleared earlier than the appointment time due to spare space on the van. They were professional and considerate, and did a superb job that was really quick. Highly recommended.

Shaun was absolutely fantastic, gave us a quote with no pressure, asked him when he could start and within a couple of days he had been and totally cleared the house in a few hours, I was very impressed by his service and the efficient way he did the job, not easy having to deal with a friends death and closing up her estate but Shaun was terrific and I would have no hesitation in recommending him, thank you Shaun.

Absolutely 1st class service from these guys. Very professional, trustworthy & friendly. Shaun came out to give us a quote which was very reasonable, there was no pressure at all from him so we called him a few weeks later to complete the removal. The house was cleared quickly which took a lot of pressure of us all so we could concentrate on our new place. Cannot recommend Shaun & the rest of the team highly enough! Huge thanks!

I contacted Gail at Lancashire House Clearance about a House Clearance after reading good reviews. She sent Jim to come and look at the job,he took photos and later the same day Gail texted me with a quote,which I was than happy with. They came today and did the job. I cannot praise them enough,lovely people,did a Brilliant Job,so quick and thorough and at a Great Price. If you want a House Clearance you must give Lancashire House Clearance a call and speak to Gail,you won't find better. Thank you Gail and The Lads !!!
