Just spent the last 3 almost four hours with the guys at DJ Kit and in particular Simon. After only a very short time it became obvious that the fault was not with the kit they had sold me but with the software and drivers etc associated with it and serato. Any other company would have said "nothing to do with us" and directed me towards either Denon or Serato, but no way was Simon going to be beat and worked through everything until the problem was found
Just cannot fault these guys in anything they do. Brilliant service!!!

I have used DJ Kit for many years and found there service excellent, there willingness to show products demonstrate new gear and give great advise is second to none. I live in Southampton and more than happy to travel to DJ Kit to buy my equipment even though there are many disco store within the Southampton area they can not compete with there service there pricing and there facilities. Extremely Professional, I enquired via email whilst abroad for a price match on a large order. The response was very quick and the price was matched. I went to collect the order personally and they were very helpful and showed me in great detail some other products that I asked about. Phoned late yesterday afternoon desperate for a laptop shelf due to deckstand not fitting in a small venue. I had missed the next day delivery cut off by half an hour. The lovely young chap ran outside to hold up the courier so he could get the parcel on last minute. It arrived this morning, every time i order from DJ kit they provide such fantastic customer service, always friendly on the phone and great after care too. Im so impressed! Thanks DJ Kit!

Fantastic customer service, great advice, politeness and patients. Also have the best recommendations for your needs and don't pressure you in to buying certain product which you find with other companies. They have a massive stock availablility which is great for walking in and walking out with what you wanted. Now my only supplier even if I can find it cheaper online from other stores, I'd rather come here as I feel it's more a personal care for what your looking for.

I decided thati had waited long enough to get my first set of decks.... after n hour or so of searching found myself at djkit.... i found a package deal that suited my needs and my pocket...a couple of calls to check i had everything i needed andthat was it... delivered the next day. Great service and helpful staff made it an all in all very easy and im chufes to bits with my set up.... brig on the summer parties
