There should be a photo of Frank and team in the dictionary next to "Customer Service"! If there were six stars to give I would. Called in the morning realising that our new sofa would not fit through the front door. Frank gave me a timing and pricing estimate off the bat and offered to come on the same day. They managed everything with a "can do" attitude, were so nice and professional, and did not leave until the sofa was unpacked, mounted and in its right place. Frank even helped to move a part that the sofa company had managed to get in the wrong place. Amazing service, couldn't recommend more!

Moved into the first flat I've ever owned and the sofa I had (and loved) for nearly 10 years didn't fit. I had given up hope until a friend told me about Sofa Assist. And thank goodness they did! Frank and his team took the back of the sofa, moved it up 7 floors and put it back together in little over an hour after it was in storage for 7 months! It was all done professionally with a smile and laughs. Now my new place feels like home. Great job and would recommend Frank wholeheartedly to anyone

Frank made himself available to us provisionally on our move date (we hoped by some miracle we might get out 3 seater in by ourselves, but no chance). When it became obvious we weren't going to manage it ourselves, we called and Frank was with us the same afternoon. From the moment he arrived I knew it was going to be alright. He immediately knew the best way to get our sofa in - we thought a window would need removing, but Frank just took it apart and angled it through the lower section of our sash. Refitted perfectly on the other side. Explained what he was doing all the way through, even showed me how to do it myself if we needed to again! First class service, worth every penny. Absolutely 100% recommend.

The sofa delivery men just abandoned the sofa in my hall way and left having tried and spectacularly failing to get it upstairs in our new house. Sofa Assist was a lifesaver, I watched geniuses at work, doing what the delivery men had said was impossible!! Sofa Assist sorted us right out, would highly recommend, worth every penny!

Just wanted to thank Sofa Assist for hoisting our awkward garden furniture up the outside of a tall building onto the roof. They approached the task with ingenuity and efficiency as well as being very friendly and reliable to deal with. Many thanks.

I have twice used Frank at Sofa Assist and have no hesitation in recommending his services. As the numerous other testimonials would also support. His team turn up bang on time, are a pleasure to have in your house, polite and work with a smile and 'can do' attitude. They had remove a large sash window to get the sofa out of our lounge, it was completed without fuss and put back as if nothing had happened. Prices are also very reasonable given their expertise. Top work Frank, thank you again.

Is there anything Frank can't do? After a well known upmarket department store delivered our sofa and couldn't get it up the stairs - and told us it would never fit - we resigned ourselves that a window would have to come out. Frank came round, and within 15 minutes the sofa was upstairs and assembled in the lounge in front of our very eyes. He also hoisted a solid wooden wardrobe in a first floor window without a single scratch. What a hero - and a super lovely bloke too! Highly recommended.

Our 2 and 3 seater sofa was delivered, despite telling the sales man the situation with the stairs he assured us it would be fine. The delivery guys arrived and there was no way they would fit. I called and spoke with Frank who was excellent, he was professional, we arranged a quote and he came the next day. Sofa Assist provided a very professional service and the sofas were delivered carefully over the balcony, and put into place - no damage was caused and every care was made to keep them safe. Its a week before Christmas and they came the next day. Excellent service. Fully recommend. Thank you so very much.
