I contacted Bennetts Septic Tanks Ltd with a vie to installing a new sewage pumping station to solve a problem I was having with a defective septic tank. Robert the owner of the company came out to my house, discussed the best way to overcome the problem and gave me a no obligation quotation to install the pump station and the necessary pipe work and connections. The project started on time and was completed successfully to our great satisfaction within a working week.

I am highly delighted with the level of service, quality of the workmanship and attention to detail provided by Bennetts Septic Tanks LiTD and would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone who requires any drainage work carrying out.

Rob gave us a trouble free installation from start to finish. Work started on time and the guys got stuck in and managed to finish sooner than expected. A thoroughly excellent experience. Rob was professional and courteous from the start, explaining the process and keeping us fully informed, listening to our ideas and questions while ensuring we understood what was possible and required. The process of installing a brand new tank was very smooth the quality of his work excellent. Despite the appalling weather Rob and his team carried on working and finished the job, leaving the site in good condition. The cost of the job was competitive and good value for money. We have no hesitation in recommending Rob to anyone.

The B S Tank co is headed by Rob who is very hands on and knowledgeable with regard to Septic Tank repair and installation. He extended the soak away field to our tank with the minimum of disturbance and in a most professional way . His charges were reasonable for amount of work undertaken. Our Charity arranged for Bennets to inspect our site and assess our existing faulty septic tank. The site visit too place exactly as planned. The advice given was constructive, professional and geared to our needs. A VERY competitive price was quoted for a replacement sewage treatment system, This was fitted with work commencing on the promised day and taking the expected length of time. They worked in extremely well with our service users. Disruption was kept to a minimum. The site was kept tidy and left tidy when the work ended. Advise was given re future maintenance. The system is working perfectly and we couldn't be happier. Lovely gentleman with great expertise.
