Taylor Roofs are without a doubt one of the most professional companies we have ever dealt with. From point of contact to completion of our new roof they were excellent. Project management was superb and we were kept informed every step of the way. The roofer lads were a delight to have around and worked their socks off to complete the job a day and a half early. The site was left spotless and the new roof is looking smashing. Would highly recommend Taylor Roofs to anyone.

Repaired roofs on multiple of properties between my family and friends, I would recommend Taylor roofs to anyone. Great workmanship, friendly employees, and tidy up as they go. Jamie also gave a consistent update on the jobs in hand, so I felt comfortable and kept in the loop. Great experience, and customer service is 10/10.

Great service. Have used Taylor Roofs a couple of times now. Firstly to replace my guttering which I am really pleased with and recently to check what look like a tile having come lose. Jamie came out in the wind and rain to have a look, braving the weather went up the ladder and put it back securely in it's place. No job is too small. Would highly recommend.

Taylor roofs was recommended to me. I contacted Jamie and he visited quickly. He checked the roof and I had a quote for the work needed the next day. He was very reasonably priced. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently by his team. They were very hard working, reliable and got on with the job. I have used the company again to do down pipes and guttering. Again a great price for the job and very quick.

There was a problem with the drain and the worker spent a lot of time and effort trying to fix what turned out to be nothing to do with the down pipe. There was no charge for this extra work which was greatly appreciated. I can thoroughly recommend Taylor roofs. Jamie and his team do a great job. They are honest, friendly and work efficiently.

Fixed my badly leaking roof back at the start of autumn and couldn't have asked for better service. Turned up when they said for both the initial quote and the job itself. Finished the job within time and to a great standard. Been great not worrying if I'll be getting drips from the ceiling after every rain shower! Highly recommend them for anyone needing any roofwork done.

Impressed with initial contact. Jamie arrived promptly and carried out an assessment of my flat garage/dining room roof and submitted a quote within 48hours. After reviewing other quotes, I decided to go with Taylor roofs. Not the cheapest quote but am delighted with the work and all dealings with Jamie and his team. Stephen, Blair and Jake carried out the replacement of my flat roof. Reliable, professional, quality workmanship, tidy and hard working.

The attention to detail was much appreciated as was the sweeping of debris from my roof, cleaning of guttering and touch painting my wall where needed. Received updates from Stephen at end of each day with a follow up from Brian in office to check I was happy with progress. Helped put me as the customer front and centre which is a strength of this company. Nikki in the office kept me up to date with start times and invoicing.

A smooth operation from start to finish. Communication very strong within the team/company. Refreshing to have work carried out which delivers on quality, timescales and customer satisfaction! I would certainly have no hesitation recommending Jamie and team.

Jamie and his team have just completed my new roof, all softfit and downpipes done as well and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the scaffolding team to all the guys that worked on the roof they have been tremendous. Four days to do the roof and the scaffolding was up for a week, no messing about, turned up on time (and I live over an hour away from them) and grafted hard. Jamie informed me of everything that was happening and from the first meeting to the guys turning up on Monday to start it all went to plan. Very competitive cost and a fantastic job done, couldn't ask for more.

Jamie and his team carried out a full new roof and repair of our chimney for us in Alexandria. They did a fantastic job. Jamie was in contact with us on the run up to getting our roof done to let us know when scaffolding would be put up etc, and then kept us updated on the progress of the roof on a regular basis, in total it took 4days. I will definitely be recommending them to others. A very professional and friendly team.

Cannot thank Jamie and his team enough. Fantastic job from start to finish.
Got a full roof redone and as well as guttering and fascias.
Was kept up to date with scaffolding going up and down, work starting and finishing. Done amazingly quickly too. Started on Monday and most of main roof finished by Wednesday night! A fantastic company and would highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service. Responded quickly, politely and in a friendly way to enquiries. Came round to fix my problem very quickly and when they said they would. Cannot recommend them highly enough. It makes a big change to have a trader with such good service.

Could not fault this company at all! Amazing service from start to finish and very tidy aswell.
Got a full roof redone and it looks fab!
Was kept up to date with scaffolding going up and down, work starting and completion of work. My roof had been leaking before the job was due to be started and Jamie came out had a look and him and his colleagues came straight back that day and made it water tight and assured me if any water was to come in again I was just to contact him and he would make time to come back out. He also managed to bring the date of the roof getting re-done forward which was great! A fantastic company and would highly recommend them.

We had a wet wall prob in our bedroom and I messaged Jamie last Fri, 9th Dec and he came out the next day a Sat morning at 8.20am, found the cause of the problem which turned out to be condensation, his suggestion was to place roof vents and replace the guttering at the front, we were delighted with the quote and asked Jamie to go ahead, the boys, Jordan & Brian turned up yest, 15th Dec and were bk this morning and finished the job, over the moon with the quick service and they tidied the garden before leaving today, looks great and glad to have gotten to the bottom of the problem, will be recommending these guys to anyone who needs roofing services! We're delighted!!!

Brilliant company to deal with. Did everything as promised, on time, on budget and did a fantastic job. Didn't leave any mess during the refit of our windows and followed up with the guarantee a few days after. Will use this local company again and would highly recommend them for their professionalism in every aspect.

We would highly recommend Taylor Roofs. They were able to prioritise our emergency job at short notice and did an excellent job (redesigning of roof tiles and guttering overlapping our neighbours roofs, as well as replacement hips and ridges). The team kept us informed at all stages of the works, they were polite, hard working and friendly... even clearing up at the end of each day. By far the best experience of tradesmen weve encountered, we wouldnt hesitate to use them again for any future roofing work.

Excellent service from all at Taylor Roofs. My mum recently had a full roof replacement and was delighted with the high level of service provided throughout the whole process. Jamie and his team went above and beyond to make sure the work was carried out to the highest of standards. She was given daily updates from Brian, and when contacting the office staff, the girls were always very polite, friendly and helpful.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering getting a new roof or any roof repairs. Thank you to all at Taylor Roofs, we are so glad we chose you. You guarantee quality, and thats exactly what we got. Fantastic!
