We have just had our church Windows replaced on our 1960s building. We had excellent advice and service from our advisor. The company he chose for us was excellent . The cost of the Windows was a lot less than we expected them to be. He was with us from beginning to end even answered many questions throughout on the phone, even when he was on holiday. Our advisor came and gave us a very detailed account of the work to be carried out . We would highly recommend Windows advice to anyone planning on getting new windows.

Fantastic service and most helpful. living in conservation area I had to be careful that the replacement windows were correct - window advice centre gave excellent advice and were able to source quotes which were 30% cheaper than national companies and I would safely say better quality products. delighted and highly recommend.

Excellent service , fantastic value for money - would highly recommend this professional and friendly service which was provided with no pressure or commitment just sound advice.
Effortlessly guided me through the process from initial design, product and contractor selection, successful installation and highly detailed independent inspection after the contractor had completed the work. The product quality and standard of installation was excellent. The cost through Window Advice Centre was only 60% of what I was quoted when I contacted companies myself. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Simply fantastic. We had heard these guys were good and they delivered. Ken was polite, understanding and very professional. He listened to what we wanted and also gave us additional (no obligation) suggestions which we loved. He took the time to patiently help us design every window and door for our home but didn't take hours about it either and there was no hard sell. He farmed the designs out to several glazing companies and advised us which one to choose (if we wanted).
The contractors done an amazing job. Again, polite, professional and timely. Any issues that appeared during the install were openly discussed and dealt with quickly. After the job was complete, Ken visited again to inspect the quality and fit of the windows and doors. Overall, a smooth process from start to finish. I highly recommend using Window Advice Centre and cut out the need for half a dozen double glazing salesmen traipsing through your home.

If you are looking to replace your windows and doors I would strongly recommend making use of the expertise of the Window Advice Centre. The service provided from consultation through installation and inspection was superb. Advice given was excellent. They took time to listen to what I was looking for and then ensured that my expectations were met.I was presented with a range of quotes from contractors allowing me to select from very competitive rates.
What could have been a time consuming and stressful process was made extremely simple. The consultant was both knowledgeable and helpful. His professional approach instilled 100% confidence in me that I had made the right decision when opting to use their service.

An excellent service was provided by the Window Advice Centre representative in Glasgow, who assisted us in choosing replacement double glazed windows. He gave a clear explanation of the types of glass available, the energy efficiency of the product and the safefy and security provided. Within a week we had competitive quotes - all obtained without the 'pressure sales' technique. In conclusion - a stress free experience. I would happily recommend their service.

Having spent several hours looking into the multitude of variables involved in selecting high quality replacement windows and subsequently visiting the web sites of most of the big double glazing companies we decided that when it came to specifying new windows it was just too easy to make a mistake. We therefore decided to seek independent expert advice and found the Windows Advice Centre (WAC). From the outset the WAC proved to be far more knowledgeable than I had expected and more importantly were able to communicate their expert advice in a very clear way providing answers and explanations whenever needed.
Our windows have just been fitted this week and we could not be happier with them. While a large part of the credit should go to the contractors who manufactured and installed our new windows an equally large part of the credit goes to the WAC for specifying the windows and helping us find the right contractors. I would have no hesitation in recommending the WAC to others and in fact have already done so.

Two sets of neighbours recommended we use WAC and our experience with them and the contractor was excellent. The personnel were courteous and professional throughout and made the whole experience stress free. WAC dealt with all the details and obtained the quotes for us. They explained the whole process and finally did a detailed inspection of the work done. I thoroughly recommend WAC to anyone who wants to replace windows.

Windows Advice Centre helped us install badly needed new windows in our listed property. We had tried approaching a number of joinery and double glazing firms but found them all to be useless, basically, constantly wanting to cut corners.
Windows Advice Centre were fantastic: we found them to be thorough, professional and they really took time to understand our needs. Once we'd decided to proceed with them, they came back to us with different options, they researched permits, dealt with the planning permission applications, scaffolding firms, joiners and manufacturers.
We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would recommend Windows Advice Centre to anyone (but especially those in listed properties or for projects where you need an independent expert, rather than a salesperson).

Absolutely delighted with the service I have received from the Window Advice Centre. I required new sash windows for my property in Bearsden - the advice on how uPVC sash windows and how they can replicate the period charter of traditional timber sash windows plus the durability, low maintenance and cost-effectiveness was most insightful. They was no sales pressure in anyway- only looking at what I actually require.
