A set of doors on my house wouldn't open so I called epic out on a Saturday, as it was before mid day there was no extra charge.

Michael turned up with in 2 hours and diagnosed the problem and arranged to come back Tuesday to drill the lock and replace the Gearbox mechanism within (as the part needed to be ordered). Whilst on site I also asked for my front lock to be upgraded as well. A very good service, professional and I was charged exactly what I was quoted so no hidden fee's.

Michael came over veg promptly (within 2 hours) when he said he would, was extremely professional and polite. He got the job done quickly and was very good value. No hidden fees and exactly what was quoted. I wouldnt hesitate to calling Epic Locksmiths again and would thoroughly recommend them.

I can't thank Epic Locksmiths enough for their efforts this afternoon. In a dire crisis with a lock on a storage container, everything was done to try remove it including destroying three drill bits. Sadly after a good fifteen minutes of trying everything it just wouldn't come off, as it was tucked away in a very awkward place. I couldn't believe there was no charge especially considering the drill bits! Extremely quick, professional and kind approach. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Yes excellent service from start to finish I phone Michael when me and mum was lock out of our new home and with in minutes he arrived, and try to open the doors with out needed to change the locks and seeing how much the locks was deteriorated I decided to change both locks and got a great price for both. I would recommend epic locksmith to anyone excellent company.
