What payment terms do you use?
Payments are taken per calendar month with weekly rates including VAT. Deposits offset first month's rent.
What is the minimum rental period?
One month minimum storage rental period applies for all units.
Do I need my own padlock?
Padlocks aren't required as units are sealed, but you may add one if preferred.
Is insurance required?
Insurance isn't mandatory, but we recommend £1000 total loss cover at 0.56p/week.
How can I reserve space?

What items are prohibited?
Firearms, paints, and flammable substances cannot be stored in our units.

Great service and very accomodating for removals no matter how awkward you think the move maybe. Storage for us for a few months so far so good. Would definately recommend.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and they really went the extra mile to dig me out of a hole!! I'd double booked a holiday with the family and a weekend at the Moto gp and the only way I could make it work would be to store and collect my motorbike out of their normal hours. However, Laura pulled out the stops and arranged for just that... thank you!!

This company carried out our house removal Mark the packer arrived the on the Monday and packed everything in a very professional way on Tuesday Mark returned with two other chaps and removed the furniture this was load very quickly into the van and was treated with great care all the furniture arrived safely. Would highly recommend this company

Fantastic customer service. Extremely helpful, with follow up communication to make sure we had received the paperwork and were happy with everything. When there was a problem with our furniture arriving, Sally at M4 Self Store made sure everything was in place and took all the stress out of the situation. Prices are also extremely competitive.

I would highly recommend this storage company - a family owned business oozes friendliness and a willingness to ensure that my needs were met at all times. From a practical viewpoint the storage units come in sizes of 35 sq feet, meaning you only pay for the room you need (unlike many others). The after sales care is second to none with everyone on hand to help whenever you need it. I will definitely be using M4 Storage again.
