We were very impressed with the service we received from FineLine Windows and Doors. Tony installed all windows and our front door in the space of a week. That was a remarkable achievement given the size and number of these. He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and was polite and friendly. The old windows and the door with its porch were removed quickly. Tony cleaned everything away.

He fitted our modern door the same day and its side panels neatly and very well. We are still missing our old door, but it was warped in winter, we could feel a small draft coming through.

Tony left every evening after cleaning, and our driveway stayed clean and tidy. A great job done. After the installation, Dev checked all was well, he was also very helpful and polite.

Overall, we are very happy with Fineline services. Thank Tony and Dev for being so good at what you do. We would definitely recommend this company.

We were very satisfied with the process. We had studied the brochures and other materials and had a clear understanding of what we were looking for. The salesman provided explanations of the different options and offered helpful guidance when he visited. The surveyor reviewed our order with us in great detail, ensuring we grasped the alternatives and that our order was feasible. Everything was handled in a professional manner, with no concern that any question might be considered foolish.

We just had fineline install a new large bay window and a bedroom window. To begin with the salesman was direct and straight forward, no silly sales deals and time wasting spiel The surveyor was very observant and got the measurements right, the fitter and his mate were spotlessly clean, put plenty of dustsheets down and cleaned as they completed each stage, the windows were expertly fitted and windows cleaned On the fitting day the weather was windy and wet. We are extremely pleased Well done

Looks as though having Steve & Marc working on your property equals a fantastic job, so Im not going to spoil the party!! Faced with some pretty challenging conditions they never put any further obstacles in their way and just cracked on with it and installed some fantastic bay windows. Extremely professional, trustworthy, excellent timekeeping, all the compententacies you want for a stress free time, like I say, when the conditions they were faced with were certainly not favourable. I hope they are able to return to complete any future work on my property. Thank you Steve & Marc
