I would just like to say thank you to everyone at MPID for their help with this claim. I spoke with a couple of people and had communications via emails throughout this period. I have had updates; progress reports; where the claim was in the chain and the process for replacement. The phone arrived safely yesterday (Saturday 24th July), and I was continually advised on timings and procedure. All staff were professional, friendly and interested in my claim throughout, so please pass on my thanks. The person I was in contact with most was Natascha. It's very easy to complain, but sometimes we forget to say thank you. The claim was easy to do without hassle and this made things less stressful.

The whole process of applying and getting cover was quick and easy. Once I completed the nessary paperwork, I had to then send a photo of my phone displaying the Imei number on the screen and wait for the image to be accepted. It was as simple as that, very pleased with the service.

I have dealt with this company for a number of years and always found them to be competitve, professional and straightforward to deal with. The true test was when I had to make a claim - they were just as responsive and got things sorted very quickly.
