CJ Bloor were very easy to deal with and provided a fast quotation which was competitively priced. I actually requested a level 3 survey but they convinced me that only a level 2 survey was necessary due to it being the same level of inspection with the only difference being in the reporting. The surveyor was very diligent and spotted various issues, from very trivial issues to ones needing repair with a detailed report to discuss the findings. CJ Bloor were also on hand to openly answer questions about the survey results and comment on the problems in real terms including whether the problems found were typical or not. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended.
