Very friendly atmosphere great welcome every time. VERY EFFICIENT BUSINESS SYSTEMS. The doctors skill and explanations is very high and easy to understand why and how my back got to be round shoulders. The doctors ethos is for whole health. Even giving talks on health to support their chiro work so you help your self via food choices changing lifestyle eg having laptop higher. Not looking down at phone all time causes pressure the neck and top back.
I FEEL THE RELEASE IN TENSION SO MARVELOUS. Even after a few sessions i have noticed an increase in mobility in my lower back and neck. I did not realise how stiff my body was with the stress of modern life.

Came to the clinic with lower back pain, which I was told was being caused by a "bulging disc" - having had my consultation and first x-ray this actually turned out to be a number of issues all up my back. I have now been receiving treatment for this multiple times a week and after just 2 months I feel almost back to myself! All of the staff are really friendly and attentive and always greet you with a smile, which is great when your bad back has made you a bit grumpy. Wish I had known about Chiropractic First much earlier as I could have saved myself s on a physio who wasn't able to diagnose or treat my condition correctly.

In October 2016, I was not sleeping properly, constantly had headaches and was not even walking upright any longer. Almost immediately I could feel the difference, my posture improved, I walked for further, looked taller and was asked if I lost wait, buy yourself a wonderful gift and get some much needed support and treatment, invest in your health!

Was having trouble with my back and shoulders felt like I had trapped a nerve very stiff neck I found chiropractic first via an engine search and made an appointment I was quickly put at ease the ladies are very polite and courteous gopal my chiropractor is amazing I had xrays on my first visit to see what was going on when i returned for the results I was astonished with the outcome my back was out my pelvis my hips etc I was in a great deal of discomfort but after my first initial treatment I felt great I have a long way to go and quite a few more treatments but if the first treatment is to go by well I'll soon be back to my normal energetic self and doing the things I've not been able to do for some time chiropractic first are my saviour and should you feel that first twinge and you feel things don't seem right then chiropractic first are the people who can get you back to good health.
