I have had a working relationship with Barbara for over 10 years, as she managed the travel management contract whilst at Coats.
Barbara was always was a pleasure to work with, she was very organised, and quick to grasp new ways of working and ideas. Barbara has vast experience in booking travel and all the organisation that goes with being PA to a Board of Directors. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Barbara.

I had the opportunity to work with Barbara when I was Coats Global HR Director and she was PA to the CEO and Office Manager. We had daily contact regarding CEO, Board, and Senior Management issues. Barbara always showed a high level of understanding of issues, was an excellent communicator and always exhibited total confidentiality. We organized an annual week long leadership conference in the UK as well as India, Brazil, and the US for 100+ senior managers.
They were all extremely well organized down to the smallest of details. I had a heavy global travel schedule and could always count on Barbara's 24/7 availability when travel needed changes or employees needed to access me. Because of Coats unique footprint in 71 countries and executives heavy travel, we were working in all time zones 7 days a week, whether Barbara was in the office or at home, she was always accessible and always had a "can do" and problem solving attitude.
She is self motivated, smart, exercises excellent judgement, anticipates issues and has alternatives to solve a multitude of issues. She has a great ability to juggle multiple priorities and can make employees and customers feel they are the most important person Barbara is dealing with to help them out. Most importantly she has a great positive disposition and a great humor.

I have worked with Barbara during, and in the preparation for, 2 annual conferences each year between 2010 and 2017. I have always found her very organised, efficient and easy to deal with. During these events we were working with global locations such as India, Vietnam, Georgia and Venice and Barbara was very good when dealing with the challenges brought by working with such a range of geographies. I am sure she will make an excellent assistant to any company or individual.

Barbara was my assistant and the office manager during my 7 years as CEO at Coats plc, a FTSE 250 public company, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Even though I travelled hugely and was seldom in the office Barbara was always able to support me remotely. She has a fantastic work ethos and I could get hold of her 24 hours a day if necessary - most usually if I had a problem with travel in some far off part of the world.
She was extremely organised in running both the office and my diary. She is trustworthy, reliable and always has a positive attitude. Another key strength was her ability to juggle multiple balls whilst maintaining a positive attitude and also planning ahead wherever possible.
