I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn't know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn't disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off!

Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don't be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I'll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
