The legend that is Paul! Booked a lane and Paul sorted us out. From giving us super helpful advice, sorting us out a new scope to get the best out of the rifle, and zeroing it like an absolute master Paul did it all. And to top it off, hes just a proper chill friendly guy. I definitely recommend paying a visit to DAI, and of course, ask for Paul, youll be in safe hands. Cheers again mate for looking after us

Had the great experience of visiting here this morning. I wanted to get back into a long lost hobby of air gun shooting. The atmosphere in the shop is very friendly as are the staff. I was served promptly with everything I needed to get me back into my much missed hobby. I was also pleased to find they have a shooting range available for hire. I will certainly be making return visits and would happily recommend them to anyone. Great business guys keep up the good work.

DAI MERRY HILL DUDLEY Selling guns with broken seals and it was leaking, advised don't buy second hand guns to my son yet they sold him the broken second hand gun BS!! AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost as this is now second time we find they've sold us a broken second hand gun

Brought a new rifle, scope and gear today and got some great helpful advice off Bob and the other staff about what to chose.
Settled on a Weihrauch and a hawk scope. Was able to use the range to get everything zeroed in and was absolutely blown away by how much of a s**t everyone gave about customer service. You genuinely can't fault then at all I even had some help off Bob on the range who is full of advice and help. Would highly recommend these guys. They are awesome.

Popped in here earlier after wanting to take up rifle shooting. Showed them a gun I'd found on their website and they brought one out for me to hold etc, but I wasn't too keen so they made a bunch of other suggestions. Left with a fantastic rifle to suit my budget.

Amazing shop.. the staff are incredibly helpful and the shop has so many ace products to choose from.. products for everyone of all ages and abilities!! I recommend this company to all my friends and the website is brilliant to use too.. it is well worth travelling to if you are not local to Brierley Hill... If there were 10 * stars I would give DAI more!! It's such a great family run business, the staff are so knowledgable and friendly.. great products, advice and prices.. I genuinely would not shop anywhere else.. DAI is the best in the business!

Brilliant shop. Really helpful staff. I know nothing about guns and wanted to buy a Birthday present for my boyfriend. Gunsmith told me what to buy and my boyfriend was over the moon! Great service. Will definitely go there again. Have a great selection of bikes, skateboards etc. Ideal for birthdays and Christmas!

Bought a secondhand gun off these guys, what can I say, customer service is second to none! Had a problem with it, returned it an they sorted it in no time, they even gave me a decent discount on a suppressor for my trouble! Can deffo recommend them, I will be using them again.

Used these guys as I remember the shop being Merry Hill way from my youth. Have to say the service from them has been excellent all round. So much so I have been back for repeat purchases. They know their stuff and will sort out any after sales issues out immediately. Top lads!

Would not hesitate to recommend DAI based on my experiences of their services - both on-line and counter transactions have been exemplary. Instant replacement of a Faulty air pistol and a free upgrade for an online purchase that wasnt in stock. I automatically now check their website for any requirement of that nature. Emailed DAI after they had closed last week, surprised to get an answer within minutes. Placed an order next day, and it was delivered to my door a few days later at the promised time. All round excellent service, and I can recommend them.
