We had three appointments for our newborn with Juliette, and she was absolutely fantastic throughout. We first visited when our daughter was just three weeks old, seeking help with reflux and body tension. Even after the very first session, we could visibly see our little girl becoming more relaxed and comfortable. In addition to the treatment, Juliette carefully assessed her latch and provided valuable feeding advice, along with practical techniques to help manage the reflux.
After three sessions, we had seen a clear improvement in both the reflux and the tension, and it was mutually agreed that no further appointments were necessary. We particularly appreciated that there was never any pressure to continue treatment once we were happy with our daughters progress.
Juliette was warm, highly knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parents looking for support for a baby who may be struggling.

My experience at this place was very positive, with friendly and professional staff. The staff members were courteous, and I received treatment from Emily, which made me feel at ease and well-informed, giving me confidence that I was receiving the right care. I felt comfortable with Emily's treatment and was well-informed throughout the process, which gave me a sense of confidence in the care I was receiving.
After the treatment, I was able to walk out standing up straight, something I had not been able to do for several days. It was reassuring to know what had happened to my back and that it was not a permanent condition. I may require a follow-up visit, but I would not hesitate to schedule another appointment, and I have already recommended Emily to my friends and family.

I had an excellent experience at my first osteopathy session. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with a friendly and professional atmosphere. Emily conducted a comprehensive assessment and swiftly identified the source of my shoulder and back pain. After just one session at Mersey Road Clinic I knew I had made the right decision to have treatment there. I have been suffering with bad and sometimes severe lower back pain resulting in bad posture for a while. I didnt quite know what to expect for my first visit but Joe made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in for my treatment. Joe was very proficient in explaining clearly why I have the back pain and bad posture, and what can be done to improve it.
After first treatment I came out with a much easier back and encouragement that my symptoms can be improved if not resolved due to my age. I have refused in my mind to accept I have to put up with my age related symptoms. I now have the incentive to believe this. As well as my consultation and treatment, a warm calm welcoming atmosphere in reception as well made my first experience there a positive pleasant experience all round. Thank you Joe and thank you reception staff.

I had my first appointment with Michelle today and it was amazing. She took a thorough history and we discussed particular areas that I wanted to focus on. Phoned up yesterday and enquired about B12 injections as the beauty place that I normally go to for them has shut due to lockdown - I was relieved to find somewhere that was still carrying them out. They had availability the same day so I went in yesterday and Keith carried out the injection. He is the first person Ive come across that actually had sound knowledge about B12 deficiency and he put me at ease straight away. Will definitely be back

I tried oesopathy after experiencing frequent and crippling pain in my neck, that was so bad it affected my work. Since coming to this clinic 9 months ago, I havent had to take a days sick leave since. It has changed my life; my shoulders are so much more relaxed and I have greater movement in my neck. Gone are the days of feeling like I had constant cramp in my neck. I would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly; physiotherapy is a waste of time (I know; I tried it).
You get faster results with oesteopathy and the best thing is they do the majority of the work; no need to do tonnes of exercises over many months before seeing a result. The oesteopaths I have seen have been really friendly and I am indebted to them for transforming my neck and shoulders.

I have been a patient with David here for many years and know the good work that he can do for me and others. However I am still amazed and surprised by the variety of things that can be helped and resolved. Just last month I had a cold that seemed stuck - not fully coming and definitely not going. David changed all that allowing me to fully enjoy Christmas day. That's on top of sorting out my ankle, shoulder, back and stress related head pain. Thank you!

I feel very lucky to have found this place, they give outstanding care. Michael Clarke and Steven Rudland have been absolutely superb. They are incredibly professional, really knowledgeable, positive - and even entertaining at the same time! They are both holistic in their approach to healthcare and you can tell they absolutely love what they do and genuinely enjoy helping people.
Years of back pain have now gone and I am now working with them on other improvements.
When I have been 'over-enthusiastic' and injured myself during exercise, they helped nurse a serious knee injury. I am convinced that their support has not only helped the current situation (which I can clearly see) but also helped head off problems in later life to do with posture, back and exercise. Everyone is friendly and welcoming - so from walking in to walking out of the place, it is a great experience.

Lovely baby massage course with Clare, interactive and she's been great with our group, chatting and getting to know new mums. also have treatments with Lucy, getting great results every time. The girls on reception are helpful and informative too, always happy to see you when you come through the door.

Can not recommend this place enough, after having an injury at work 20 plus years ago where I got crushed between a digger and a dumper, I've always suffered with back ache and chronic pain and after a recent flare up that left me unable to stand or walk very far, my sister dragged me along to the Mersea road clinic and they have worked wonders, so a big thank you to Samantha Nottage (you are amazing) and all the team at Mersea road clinic

After a year or two trying different prescriptions from the doctors for my migraines, also bad back problems resulting in further neck problems, I was told about the clinic and I haven't looked back since! Best decision I made and so worth every penny!! Since my first appointment I've had about 4 headaches in total (I was constantly having them before) no neck pains and only back pains/ache after being on the go after a day at college and then straight to work!! Steve Graham has given me multiple exercises to do and has really worked wonders!!! Now able to manage my aches and pains on my own which I could never do before!! Thank you so much to Steve !!!
