A great experience was had. All the rubbish was left piled up by the builder. The 2 guys from adc just turned up and got on with removing it all and putting it on their truck. They then swept up all the dust and dregs. They were done in no time. Much cheaper than a skip and without the back breaking job of having to fill said skip. Will deffo use again and wont hesitate to recommend. Thanks guys.

I've tried to have my rubbish removed by another company that badly let me down. NOT these people, came when they said they would, very polite and professional. Reasonably priced and efficient. Would have no problem in recommending them just as I my daughter recommended them to me.

So impressed!! How did I not know about this business before. Excellent service, cant recommend enough, removed all the garden waste and old doors including the frames in no time, tidied up after too. Brilliant,will definitely be using their services in the future

The best company in Yorkshire for getting rid of rubbish. Better than skips the guy who came loaded all of the rubbish into the van at a time which suited me. I didn't have to lift a finger and it was at a very competitive price.

What a brilliant service, fast, efficient, and what a pleasant set of lads,i would rename them the chuckle brothers. Was worth every penny, when they finished clearing my cellar they swept up and left it really tidy, would strongly recommend this service to anyone, so much easier and cheaper than hiring a skip. We recently used ADC property solutions home clearance solution to clear out my nans house after she moved into a home. After pricing up a skip we decided to speak to Lee Adams to get a quote for their clearance solution. When the price came back the same but included their guys removing the furniture, bringing beds down a tight winding staircase and disposing of the lot it was a total no brainer. The guys arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending ADC property solutions. Thank you guys.

Working for a construction company there are often times we don't have the space logistically for the conventional skip. After using ADC on a few projects i cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They come and remove the rubbish and the cost is really reasonable, I am looking to use these guys for future projects instead of skips. Would recommend them time and time again. Can not fault them at all. The staff are friendly in the office and so are the guys who come and collect the rubbish. Excellent company!!

Called a few companies and this one gave the best quote and could get to me soonest. The girl on the phone was very pleasant and nice. I booked them to come pick up a load of old tiles and a bathroom suite for the following day, they called me back later on and said they could fit me in the same day if i wanted, which was brilliant. They turned up when they said they would, the two guys were great. They were quick, efficient, friendly and did a great job. They left my garage spotless. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We had a garage full of old items and empty boxes would have cost a fortune using a skip, the guys were great, very helpful. They removed everything within one hour and cleaned up when finished. Fantastic service. Will definitely use them again. Thank you buys.
