A faulty velux was fitted - Jon eventually came to have a look at it. He agreed there was a problem and promised to get the part he needed to fix it. Months and months pass - he never returns calls and we are still waiting.

I had a problem with work carried out in October mainly caused by severe frost. I called reporting the problem under warranty and within 2 hours John came and effected the repair and refused any payment. Im so impressed with the service and with the friendly manner in which it was served.

Spot on guys, loads of knowledge and understanding of the problem we were having. They quoted from a photograph taken by insurers to justify turning down our claim and arrived a few days later and quietly got on with the job once complete they cleared up. Other than the roof looking very neat and tidy there was no evidence of them having been here. Professional 10/10: knowledgeable 10/10: Tidy 10/10: Friendly 10/10 and yes I would recommend them.

Big thank you to John and Matt. I had a dry ridge system done on ridge tiles. The only roof company who explained this. They came when they said and did a good clean job, at a good price and even came back after scaffolding was taken down to check all OK and clean off flat roof. 100% will be back if I need anything else thanks again!
